I had a terrible experience. The young man who sold me a water filter (Brandon Ramos) was very nice and attentive at first and even sold us with free gifts. Poor customer service. They don’t return if the box is open. When I paid with credit card 10 dollar more . My experience was horrible.

Son estafadores, te dan 3 días para cancelar tu contrato, pero tu articulo tarda de una semana a 15 días y y cuando quieres que te atiendan al servicio al cliente nunca responden, no te solucionan nada. Cabe destacar que del financiamiento vienes pagando casi el doble de lo que te dicen en el precio final, más que tu pago mínimo la mitad se va para el interés mensualmente.
