Horrible service and a waste of money. DO NOT CALL THEM
Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. When my pregnant why was busy with our two other children, they texted me and said “… didn’t realize pregnancy meant no phone.” Then they continued to not complete the job I requested and had the audacity to send me an invoice for an incomplete cleaning. If I could give this company zero stars or negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The attached photos were taken after they said that their job was “completed” and wanted to collect an invoice.

Broke a part off my sand filter and then told me they would give ME the quote to pay to fix what THEY broke. VERY rude. The husband is nice, but the wife needs to learn customer service skills. Told me she did not have to deal with being accused of breaking stuff (which was NOT broken before they showed up) . Was told that as a business owner, she did not have to deal with rude customers, but apparently does not mean that SHE has to be polite.
