Extremely unprofessional. We hired this company to replace our liner and the job wasn’t “completed” until 3 weeks after it was supposed to be. After the liner was replaced, they left my deck a muddy mess from the old liner, didn’t clean up their trash and refused to come back and clean up their mess. The next day we realized the pool was losing water quickly. They promised to have someone come out and look at it but no one ever came and they basically blamed us and said it was a plumbing issue and not a hole in the liner. I ... read more
Worked with them for years but service has definitely changed for the worse. Should train for better customer service and communication skills as well.
Terrible communication and broken promises! We are currently dealing with this company too install a new filter and open the pool. This was supposed to be completed on May 20th. They were unprepared for the installation, didn't have the right motor for our 110V outlet and now an electrician is required. They keep pushing our job back for 2 weeks now. The lack of transparency is unbelievable. Save yourself the headache.

Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. When my pregnant why was busy with our two other children, they texted me and said “… didn’t realize pregnancy meant no phone.” Then they continued to not complete the job I requested and had the audacity to send me an invoice for an incomplete cleaning. If I could give this company zero stars or negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The attached photos were taken after they said that their job was “completed” and wanted to collect an invoice.
