This is not a reputable company!!!! They will use your insurance money to load jobs with labor and expense. I did more work in one hour than they did in many. I was not told how they were using my insurance claim to do work at a very inflated rate to clean up a insurance mess. They broke a water main in my home an flooded the neighbors and MY (townhouse) HOUSE while they were cleaning. They didnt even sweep my kitchen. They said they would send a crew to see if my 1st floor carpet could be cleaned. THEY DID!!!!! ... read more
Horrible work came multiple times with different workers who were always rude and still never repaired correctly. Never had the decency to come back. Insurance company recommended. Shady. Quality of work was very bad. I had to point out multiple times the errors to be corrected . Project manager didn’t care about correcting. Never returned to correct.
Poor customer service and quality of work
Sean at Royal Plus is pleasant and seems to be trying to help but have not received reimbursement from Royal Plus or their serviceman for a system that we purchased as new, but after running the serial number determined it to be 10 years old, rebuilt and out of warranty. Their employee, Austin Barker cashed all checks for payment of unit and services. Neither Royal Plus or Austin Barker has refunded all costs so we can contract a reputable company. Currently we have NO HEAT.
Caroline W. must be out of her mind. we had smoke damage from a small fire and mold damage from the fire department putting out the fire. Royal Plus came in and cleaned and dried everything and replace the bad stuff and flooring. Royal Plus turned my disaster into a home again.
we had some smoke damage and mold from when the fire department put out a small fire in the house. Royal Plus Inc came out dried up all the water damage treat and removed the mold and smoke damage and mad my disaster into my Home again. All i can say is thank you for all you do!
I have had them not only out for my home but my business as well. I understand that i had to wait for some up grades to come in as explained to me and they worked hard to try to get everything back together again.
They fixed everything in my home and restored it better then before the storm damage we had. Thank you Royal Plus.
