We had a small fire in our house, and we did not know what to do. We remember seeing a commercial for Royal Plus and we decided to call them. From the time we called them and throughout the process we received nothing but compassion from everyone that was helping us out in our time of need. We had a leak in our condo and we were Told it should only take a couple months to get all the work accomplished. Obviously just lied to us to get our business. It has been a year and a half and we still have issues. Between not doing what they said they were going to, Doing incomplete horrible work, breaking things and trying to say they didn’t break them, just an absolute nightmare. Royal Plus responded quickly to the needs of my Mom after an electrical fire in her home. We were so overwhelmed with the situation and they kept us up to speed on what was happening each step along the way . There were some glitches , but Royal Plus immedialty addressed each issue that we had when we told them about a problem and took care of it right away and made sure it was right.
