Great team for my water disaster. Kimba my project manager was thorough and always responsive to my questions and concerns.
My mom had a water leak and we were referred by our neighbor to Royal Plus. I called the Ocean City office and spoke to Jamie, who walked us through the process, and promised to have her team out immediately. It took them less than forty minutes to arrive and Janice, Max and Christen started the clean up. They were extremely knowledgeable and put my family at ease with their kindness and hard work. I regret using them and should have picked another company from the list my insurance company gave me. Never completed the job and left a mess. My impression is this company is only interested in their own revenue not helping the customer. Numerous telephone calls, even to the main office do not help.
I was told to call for employment since I had mold and mildew / lead certification and asbestos...and they asked me if I spoke spanish,Spanish, said unfortunately no and they told me they couldn't hire me.....so I never apiece
