Horrible company, we'll never use them again. We first used them for a leaking outdoor faucet 2 years ago and they fixed it. A year later (last year) the new faucet they put in froze and burst They fixed the burst pipe in early spring, and it broke again in August. We didn't see the leak because it was filling up our flex hose. When we noticed it was leaking, we called them AGAIN to have them fix THE SAME outdoor faucet for the third time. Given this major expense happened right after Christmas, it was a relief that their pricing was very reasonable and Sean included some additional work I needed done in his proposal.
