I called them to my home to replace an exterior hose bib, now I have an older home and access to the pipe from the interior of the basement isn’t super easy but NOT impossible. The tech that came out told me I needed to replace the entire pipe. The access is behind the basement bathroom wall and he explained that he would have to cut a few holes in the wall to see if he could even get access (Which I agreed to) but once he did that stated he still couldn’t figure out how to do it.
