I bought a furnace and for the removal and replacement it cost $4,500. then a week later the fuse blew so no heat he did not charge me a service fee but then 3 months later the fuse blew again, and he didn't come out to fix it for 3 days and in single degree weather (we had to go buy heaters) then when he said he would be there at 9am he called at 9:30am said he be there at noon and he didn't show up until around 2pm changed the fuse and 20minuites later charged us a service fee of $250.
