This septic and reconstruction of a medium sized leach field was an unexpected expense and this had to be paid for by an 87 year old woman living on social security. This company worked out a fair price and she was able to obtain financing she could afford for the repair. There is still some indoor relatively small guessing at this time and no estimate for this has been calculated but a necessary repair as it involves bathroom shower and water pressure problem. We called Royal Plumbing because all our toilets were backed up and we were feeling desperate for someone to help us. We called several others and couldn’t get help. They responded right away and came out within an hour giving up their lunchtime. They fixed our problems and were so professional and helpful. I appreciate all that they did.
