Not able to figure out the problem and caused damage to my house siding by burning it. Pretty disappointed as never had an issue with them before.
The plumber gave me an estimate for the work that was being done. His diagnostic fee was $89. If we had the work done then they would waive the fee. He said that the work would be like $430. I told him to go ahead and do the work. He said that he spent a couple of hours but was unsuccessful. He didn’t sold my issue but I had to pay him the $430. He is supposed to talk to his supervisor today. I would not use this company again. They don’t know what they are doing
