This is a great place to work. No it's not perfect but it's far better than alot of factories/warehouses I have previously worked at. The management legitimately cares for it's workers and at least my supervisor as I can't speak for any other shift supervisors is excellent at communicating what we need done and also managing what we are not physically able to do. Great opportunity here, however management needs alot of work. Shop is in disrepair and many people get taken put by ambulance. Some supervisors are disrespectful and inconsiderate. Technicians argue with eachother and there is a general disrgard for engineers propositions.
