Been ordering from this place for a while now, and while we've been pretty lucky in consistency, we ordered yesterday, and found the dough not as fresh as other times. Definitely a difference! Also, not too happy that they charge extra to make half and half pizzas. Their pizzas as on the pricier side as is, no need to charge for trying a different one. We usually do that to try a new flavor without having to buy a whole pie. Otherwise, they are pretty good.
Disappointed with the pizza.
Royal Pizza at Signal has become my favourite go to pizza. Not only is the pizza absolutely wonderful, but the staff are also very accommodating, and with my mobility issues, have always been kind enough to bring my order to my vehicle out front, with a smile ! I want them to know how much I appreciate what may seem to most as insignificant, but what is extremely helpful, and takes the stress away from my ordering experience. Thanks for the great service and great pizza!
Placed an order online for a different location & for whatever reason the system sent it to the signal hill location. when I arrived to pick up my order they mentioned it may have been order to a different location. I called multiple locations and found that it got ordered to the signal hill location which is across the city from me. Staff was honest and reasonable. Pizza was good. I'd go there again if I was in the neighborhood, but nothing bad to say at this point.
