Although the food is good, the service was very disappointing. We called at 1 p.m. to order a pizza for a 5 p.m. pickup, but were told to call back at 4. When we called again, we were told it would take an hour and a half, which we accepted. Upon arriving to pick up our order, we were told it would be another 20 minutes. The best pizza around. I always look forward to coming here. Royal Pizza in my opinion is just the best… but the Sherwood Park location is the absolute best!
