Gym equipment broken without anyone even bothering to fix it, I'm talking about the chest press machine. Other than that, it's okay.

This is a nice condo, the entrance is very luxurious and pleasant. The direct access to Empress walk shopping mall is definitely a big bonus. The location and area are very good. I prefer this building better than the sister condo at 8 Hillcrest.
Clean and well kept. Quiet and polite residents. Direct access to everything you need really (Yonge line subway, groceries, restaurants and banks, etc)
