Unsafe place to stay! Poor management, unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the management at Royal Pinnacle. I submitted multiple email requests for a follow-up maintenance appointment, which were ignored at first. When someone finally replied, they scheduled a time but no one showed up.
