The park itself is a hidden gem. It held a special place in my heart as my brother owned a mobile home there many years ago. I moved in May 7th for the summer and left Oct 30th. Several months after moving in, I was told there was an issue with the parks permit and I would not be able to come back summer of 2021. They lost their permit because the Owner an LLC has lawsuits against them in many of their locations. My ex wife and 2 tall children bought a beautiful mobile home at Royal Pines Estates and Marylin the manager there made it a dream process. The girls love it and I am so jealous. I go over as often as I can to sit next to strawberry creek or walk the trails next door. The facility is clean, full of unique homes and even though it is also an RV Park it doesn't have that feel. I have lived in Idyllwild for over 20 years. Their are many other great places to buy or rent in Idyllwild. Look around before getting yourself stuck in this place. You will be greatly disappointed like I was. Management made claims to fix this and that. After I moved in Nothing was fixed. A Peyton place for Nosy, clickey and gossipy people. Make sure to read your own meters. My electric was over charged every month. My 200.00 cleaning deposit was never returned even though the place was much cleaner then when I moved in. Ow... read more
