We stopped using Royal pharmacy because Julia was unnecessarily rude, judgmental and flat out lied about state law, made it beyond stressful to fill a non narcotic prescription when we were having issues with our insurance switch from federal employee to postal employee insurance, flat out refuses to let us pay cash for the prescription demanding that it was against state and federal law to fill it for cash when we had insurance when in fact it's the EXACT opposite, it's state and federal law that says we have the RIGHT to p... read more
