My experience with the staff here is mixed. I think they need to realize the language barrier will cause issues. I didn't understand some of the things the tech was explaining to me, and due to this he kept saying, oh my god, oh my god to himself. I was still patient about it. I "never " got upset even when he started to rush the service. He sits at station 2, is short, glasses and a tattoo. Would not recommend this nail place this is the 3rd time I’ve gone and the person named pat or something like that he has tattoos and glasses has did my nails and each time he is on his phone, leaving and this last time I was there just yesterday i had to wait for him to come back from going outside after he told me to sit at number 2, then he comes in takes his time and gets his phone out texting then did a little on my nails and back on his phone then same thing like 4 times I’m not satisfied with how he did my nails have ... read more
