I lived here for a year, not a great place.Jan'23 to jun' 24 The apartments are individually owned, so it's terrible getting any help being bounced between "call your landlord, it's a unit problem" and " call the building supervisor it's a building problem", on and off roaches, constant water back up in the tub and sinks. The unit included utilities, which was nice. Decent location. You could hear loud noises in the hall, but other than that, the units have thick walls. And a parking garage with assigned spaces. Stop leaving stickers on cars Parked around the building. Staff is terrible. Never live here
I stayed here in 1998 for a few months when I first arrived in Stamford. Excellent location and housing to settle down in a new city
