Fantastic clinic! I've had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Kate and Dr Leve and would highly recommend both of these GPs for their professional care and sharing of knowledge. The admin and nursing staff are also wonderful. I'm extremely glad I've found this medical clinic. There's also undercover parking! Bonus!
Best GP clinic! Highly professional and efficient reception team, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Have seen a number of GPs at Royal park over the years, and always had great experiences with each GP, all are extremely professional and knowledgeable, never felt rushed and always takes time to explain management plan even for a simple problem. Dr Madhavi in particular is on next level, always gives the highest level of care and attentiveness and is extremely caring and empathetic. Thank you for your service! X

I was really happy with Dr Barnes herself but omg the whole system is a mess. For a simple self-collected hpv test I had to visit the practice at least 5 times; once it went missing, once idk what exactly happened. Once i saw the doctor and she told me shes not sure why I have two sets of results (not mentioning the sheer amount of stress I underwent since I thought the results are positive etc when it wasn’t) And worst thing is the drama of getting charged twice for these tests from the pathology!!!
