Yes I think it is a great place to see a doctor..very friendly staff, Really nice atmosphere with the music and very clean.
I Went there on thursday at 4.15pm for tetnus injection and doctor confirmed they are out of stock and if i can buy one and comeback they will inject it. It is possible, any place can ran out of stock but do not charge the consulation fees because i didn't get the service for which i booked the appointment. Doctor wanted me to book another appointment if i need the tetnus booster, means spend another amount to get the injection? What if its not in stock again 😂😂
Just spoken to the lady at the phone, trying to get MY referral for an important specialist procedure due to the lack of call or comunication after 3 months of wait so far, and I got told that I can't have MY referral sent to me because the doc need to see me first due to be more than 1 year since he saw me??! Firstly,how can I not have access to MY health record unless I see the doc??! Dr Wong is patient and caring and takes time to share all relevant information. He is thorough in discussing all concerns and making recommendations and referrals to other complimentary medicines and treatments with a strong focus on healthy body and mind. All staff are lovely. Parking on site.
