I had a very positive experience for my first visit to the Royal Parade Dental Clinic. The clinic has a very friendly, relaxed vibe, which made this normally very nervous dental patient considerably less anxious. I appreciated this very much. This was pretty much down to Lena who greeted me at the counter but also very importantly, Sang, who provided me with an emergency temporary crown at short notice. Very impressive. Lovely, warm staff who are knowledgeable and kind. Reasonable priced. Always run to schedule.
Excellent person-centred care. All staff are brilliant. The dentist and her nurse work well together-I always am nervous going to the dentist (my problem!) but I felt safe, comfortable, and respected. I recommend this dentist practice to everyone who asks me. I have no hesitation making my recommendation to anybody reading this review. If you need a dentist this practice will look after you!
Dr Sang and her assistant were professional and caring as always, I’m so glad I followed Dr Sang to her new business. Call out to Lena the office manager for her warm welcoming. Also, the follow up phone call the next day was welcome to ensure my tooth extraction went well. The cost was extremely competitive as well. Thank you Philip Lees
