I recently spent a week in 3 North ward for the replacement of a pacemaker. The care and consideration was excellent and I met a wide variety of people who could not have been more helpful in alleviating my concerns. The surgery was performed in a way that was reassuring, whilst I was awake that is, and the recovery was superb. All in all a credit to all. Brian Winchester

I have visited the Royal Papworth on 3 separate outpatient visits in the last 12 months. My experience has been outstanding for all the very best of reasons. The place and the people with whom I have come into contact have exceeded all my expectations. I can`t remember the names of all those who have cared for me but I would like to give special mentions to Dr. Simler and Dr. Fiddler. They were both so thorough and also really personable.
