Honestly I came here to buy all my supplies. They have a friendly and helpful staff and even though they are over priced on the vacuums I bought 2, considering they promised me a 2 year warranty. As soon as something went wrong with the vacuum they acted as if I purposely ripped the strap and decided they were not going to honor the warranty. Even though I was upset I said its ok I would still like to fix it and I would just pay out of pocket and asked them to order the shoulder strap that ripped. They took my number and nev... read more
