This by far is the worst stay I’ve ever had at any hotel. Originally I was planned to stay at the Tropirock hotel which is around the corner I believe . They then called me and said there was some issues with the building and my room so I got moved to Royal Palms. The first day was okay, room still had some sand left over but I’m okay with that. On the 2nd day the pipe burst which caused the water go out. Thankfully I was able to shower earlier that morning. They stated it was going to be fixed at around 3PM. Of course it wa... read more
Awesome room layout. Amazing friendly staff. Only a block and a half to the beach. Pool is perfect, and right outside the room. Great parking, too.
Friendly and efficient. Very clean.
Clean rooms, nice beds, linens and towels. Great location and well priced.
