We had a great stay at Royal Palms. The rooms were comfortable and clean and as well the cleaning service was routinely attentive. Front office staff were helpful when we needed them. However I believe staff supports several locations and might not always be on site available. For our stay this did not affect us. Parking spots were always available to us but we were disappointed by a daily parking fee. There was a nice pool area and a bar. However the bar appears to only be open around weekends. Very clean room. Convenient to all the places we wanted to go and the cruise port. Staff was super friendly!! William and Deena really made the stay GREAT!!
Upon check in I was met with the two most wonderful concierge I have ever dealt with. Because there were no pets allowed at my original hotel selection they quickly moved me to a neighboring property that was also beautiful. My service animal and I had a great sleep. This morning I decided to extend my stay since I arrived so late and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the property, I reached out via text to let them know I would be doing so.
