Hotel pequeño muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la playa y cerca de muchos lugares gastronómicos. Nuestro vuelo llegó temprano y por suerte la persona que nos recibió en recepción nos atendió muy rápido, muy amable y nos dejó entrar a la habitación antes del horario de check in. La zona es muy linda y hay muchos cafés y restaurantes cercanos. The rooms could use some upkeep, regular maintenance and some higher end quality furniture. We had to switch rooms due to our mini split not working and a shower not draining. The bed was also not comfortable and the floors did not seem to be mopped as caused black feet. There was also no dresser and the service and lack of pool towels constantly was not great. We made the most of it but would recommend staying somewhere else.
Had a great stay at the hotel! Super close to the beach and easy to get to the city from the location. We loved that there were two pools, one even had a bar where you could get food and drinks to have by the pool. The staff was great and the rooms were nice and clean. Would def come back.
If ever there were a catfish of hotels this was it. Simply throwing resort on the name doesn't mean it is one. We thought we were getting a pretty decent room in a nice place and based on the pictures we thought it was a little bigger. When we pulled up we had to pull up the pictures because we were sure we were at the wrong place. It seemed like we drove past all the nice hotels to arrive at ours. The location was good, and the employees were great. They went out of their way to help, but that's where it all ended. The rest... read more
