Door to bathroom and bedroom didn't close enough to latch, so no privacy at all. Half of the light fixtures didn't work, and the bedroom TV didn't work. Advertises fully staffed office, but no one was ever there, and you had to ring a buzzer to get any assistance. Ring the buzzer, someone asks what you need, 5mins later someone shows up, unlocks the office door, and then assists you. The last morning of our stay, tree trimmers showed up at 9am to trim all of the trees with chainsaws outside of our room. When we complained, w... read more
Love the place. Great location, so close to beach... rooms are perfect, pool area so nice, everyone is friendly. Just a great place to stay and right next to the much pricier hotels...spend your money on the great food everywhere close

great stay, clean, comfortable, attentive staff and one block from the beach. this little enclave is very boho chic, good restaurants, shops and markets for grab and go. the big lux places are right next door, adding to the options. very walkable.stayed twice, for weeks at a time.
