We were in room 1107 and it was dirty and not taken care of. The floors hadn't been swept and there were towels and trash in floor. Black mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. I wouldn't recommend this unit. We rented it through Brett robbinson rentals. They were suppose to send someone out to clean after we called and didn't.
We are currently staying at Royal Palms and have many times. Unfortunately, it seems that management has lost interest in caring for the complex. The pool is completely green and can’t be swam in! It’s one of the top reasons we choose here, so that we have the option of beach or pool. The elevator was broken and it took 5 days to be repaired. Very disappointed.
