The location of this unit is wonderful! It is right on the beach and near the end of the developed area so the crowds are not as bad. The view from the 13th floor, I mean "P1", is spectacular as well. The pool's location beside the building is odd because it is shady inthe afternoon there. The filter may have been broken as well, because there was a lot of debris floating around. Inside, the unit seemed clean, but when we pulled out the couch to make a bed it was FULL of sand. The cleaning staff are extremely rude and opinionated. Should you decide to spend your many here i would avoid them at all cost. Good luck.
This has been a nice place on the beach to stay. I would come back to the Royal Palms.
Basic spot on the beach, lovely access. Very much in need of updates at the kitchen, appliances, furniture, flooring, cabinets, curtains, and even perhaps door locks as we had to report to an off-location to collect and return the keys. In the morning the sunrise fills the flat, which is only nice if you want to be up. A few updates here to give those resting some choice.
