Jessica and Kurt have gone above and beyond to make a smooth transition for two of my clients that moved in recently. They are very involved and really take time to get to know not only the resident but the families to make them feel welcome! This is a great option that is affordable to our local seniors.
This experience has been so amazing. We love how sweet and professional everyone who works at the Grand Villa Of Port Charlotte is. The food is delicious and the whole place is clean and tidy yet warm and welcoming. Each apartment has a lanai which makes it so homey and positive. The hallways are bright and charming. Kurt and Kathy and Jessica and Lyssa and Sharon and Glen are all just fantastic people. Their hearts for serving are so evident.
The staff is fantastic
The facility is gorgeous and each staff member you encounter greets you with a warm smile, and a kind attitude
