My not so little brother has been going here for the past 16 years! I now bring my two little ones 2 and 1 for the same great treatment my brother always had. I highly highly recommend Dr. Mohan as well as her associate!
I’m not sure what the gentleman below me is talking about , he must be thinking of a different doctor’s office. I’ve been taking my children to Dr. Gomathy Mohan’s office for years, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Mohan and the other doctors are caring and professional, and the staff is always attentive, friendly, and helpful. They truly make you feel like your child’s health is their top priority. I would 100% recommend Dr. Mohan’s practice to any parent looking for a pediatrician who genuinely cares.
I have been seeing this doctor, but at each visit she asks if I’m taking a medication I have never used. This repeated error is concerning. Additionally, the doctor personally manages appointment scheduling rather than using a dedicated scheduling team, which has led to inefficiencies and extra charges for missed appointments. I believe the focus should be on providing attentive, accurate patient care, while allowing trained staff to handle scheduling. Recently switched pediatricians. Came from a bigger “chain” style office where we never saw the same doctor to this office after a friend referred us. Office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mohan is also very friendly and welcoming and I felt like she took her time with us even though it was just a routine check up. Highly recommend this office!
