We have been in the RV park for three plus years and it was nice. The font gates are allways broken but the last 2 times, they were left open day and night, with no one to make sure we didn’t have the rig raf coming in! I mentioned to the office, how often those gates open and close, that they should leave them open during buisness hours, they would last longer, between breaks, the response was; “ he would run it by the residents”, WELL, let’s just say, “we’ll just see how long the gates last”?! We are looking for a park model in Phoenix and visited Desertscape. Gated, brand new gym that’s beautiful, beautiful pool (temporarily closed for an upgrade), clean streets, friendly staff. Peter was amazing! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend checking this place out!!
OPEN THE POOL!! It's been down for 2 HOT summers and this will be the 3rd. Cobblestone needs to give a inconvenience credit on lot rent! For the failure to provide the amenities they keep promising. Just my statement. Seniors can't afford almost $1000.00 lot rent
Don't believe this place is a resort! Doesn't come close to a resort!!! Don't be fooled in thinking you're going to find a golf course, multiple pools and 5 star restaurants. No stables, WHAT, that means no horses to ride on beautiful grassy hills! NOT A RESORT !!! So sad they lie to people
Love it, love it.. Love it… only confusion for me is the mobile app doesn't allow us to sign in to pay our rent.
