We have a contract with Royal Palm. They started on our home in January. Haven't been back since. Talk with Lori in the office and that is as far as it goes. Have called the head foreman and he NEVER answers the phone, returns phone calls or returns emails. We have been PROMISED they will be at our home and NEVER show up. We are snowbirds and leaving soon. Our lania is missing windows. They will be responsible for any damage done to the lania during the upcoming rainy and hurricane season.
