My personal experience at the Royal Palace Event Hall was not great. Communication with the owner over the phone and through text was difficult. On the day of my event, I asked a simple question via text and did not receive a response until 9 hours later which was also 2 hours into the party. A host was not present when we arrived, during the event, or at the end of the party. My son’s and his girlfriend’s baby shower was held here last month and it was absolutely beautiful. From the set up to the food and music, everything was well put together. The owner made sure all details that they wanted were in place. Whatever they wanted, she made sure to come through. We had a smooth booking, all the way to the day of the event. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone planning an event.
