Oh my...what a mess! Destroyed a shirt, tried to repair it, said sorry and handed it back to me. They were not willing to give me any money back for the value of the shirt, nor give me credit for future cleaner/laundry bills. THE FRONT ROYAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HAS ALSO RECEIVED COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS.
Don't ever bring your nice clothes to wash in this place. They simply ruined a nice leather and jean jacket that was so precious to me and did not take responsibility for damage. My husband dropped jacket off and call their attention to the fact that jacket was made of two different materials (jeans and leather on collar and sleeves). In summary: leather came off and they did not take any responsibility
