We contracted Royal Painting to remove the old popcorn ceiling and repaint the whole main floor of our new (to us) house. It was a tricky job, as all the walls are textured, there was latex layered over oil-based paint on the ceiling, and the previous owners were smokers so all the walls were stained. We contacted Royal Painting to see what they could do about really, really old wallpaper and badly painted doors/trim in our 'new to us' house. Armando and his team skim coated the entire hallway, fixed uneven patches in the walls, sanded and repainted walls, doors, trim. Royal Painting was very professional and meticulous; they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the outcome.
