Armando & his crew painted the exterior of our house windows trim & vinyl siding, they came out on a Saturday, gave us a very reasonable and competitive price, started & finished the job right on time when they said they would be done, I would recommend Royal Painting company to anyone for their exterior paint projects
We contacted Royal Painting to see what they could do about really, really old wallpaper and badly painted doors/trim in our 'new to us' house. Armando and his team skim coated the entire hallway, fixed uneven patches in the walls, sanded and repainted walls, doors, trim. Royal Painting was very professional and meticulous; they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the outcome. I contacted Royal Painting first in the summer of 2022 for an exterior painting quote. Armando came by, gave us a decent fair estimate and we went with it, they came did an amazing job & now three summers later the exterior of our house stucco plus the trimming around the windows still looks the same as it did when they were finished. Great work from Armando and his Royal Painting team. Arrived as scheduled and got right to work. Our older wood siding was power sanded, then everything was masked off for the spraying.Stucco came second. Beautiful job all around. Decided to do the brick at the last minute and it turned out great. We'd highly recommend Royal. Crew was super-friendly and courteous.
We contracted Royal Painting to remove the old popcorn ceiling and repaint the whole main floor of our new (to us) house. It was a tricky job, as all the walls are textured, there was latex layered over oil-based paint on the ceiling, and the previous owners were smokers so all the walls were stained.
