Lovely sunrises, good walk on the marine parade right outside. Parking on site important.
We rebooked directly during our stay for a trip 11 months later and paid a deposit — but were never shown or sent any cancellation policy or booking confirmation. When we had to cancel just 20 days later (with 10 months’ notice), they refused a refund and sent a rude, aggressive response before going silent.
