Unprofessional and disrespectful! Dilia Wu Qi Hua scheduled open house for 12:30, but didn’t show up until 1:15pm. Both leaving tenants and prospective buyers were waiting for her. Once she arrived, she needed to walk through the condo unit first with tenants, and kept the others waiting even longer. Disrespectful of people’s time at all! I won’t do business with such unprofessional realtor.
We’ve had a really positive experience with this management company. Our property manager, Nicholas Huang, has been excellent to work with. He’s sincere, professional, and very knowledgeable. Nicholas Huang very very BAD experience renting 23rd floor 4670 assembly way, burnaby. This person made me wait 30 minutes and refused to show amenity room when we asked. Moreover, made me remove my shoes while allowed other people viewing at same time to come with shoes. I mean what is this behavior? Why waste someone time if you are not interested to show them properly. Very bad this person NICHOLAS HUANG should not be allowed to schedule viewings for apartments.
Terrible. Will stop responding mid-text when trying to schedule viewings. Literally dealing with multi-million dollary properties, and you cannot be bothered to check your phone, Tracy Yuen? Get it together!
