Royal Pacific Realty, in-particular, Mr. Mark Deans would be the most challenging realtor that you can imagine in your nightmares. I had trusted Mark for a number of years and brought him multiple clients. However, as soon as he has recently found an opportunity, he has betrayed my trust and made under the table deals with another broker. Mark has truly demonstrated lack of professionalism, diligence, and trust. Please do yourself a favor and think twice before appointing him as your realtor.
The worst brokerage you can join! PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! Their lack of knowledge and support will ruin your career.
I'm literally lost for words when I say this that I've never come across such unprofessional and extremely rude real estate agents, who by the way only survive by word of mouth and being nice to potential clients. I really couldn't believe this is how these guys behave. This guy Sunny Lee is simply unreal. I saw he posted 3 bedroom listing very recently and I contacted him to reach out to me whenever he gets a 3 bed listing and he blew up. Guy couldn't understand that he lost a potential client.
