I don't have any complaints about the food. However no matter what time I call no one answers. This has happened to me multiple times. I understand that they may not want to take orders after 10 PM, possibly because they are exhausted but even at 7:30 pm? I have tried calling them 15-20 times on many days, but my calls are mostly not answered. So I have to go to the store to place a pickup order and then wait at least 20 minutes for the food. Everytime I come here. I order for pickup and they give me 20 mins. When I get here, they make me wait an hour just for the food. All family and friends complain about the same thing. Not worth wasting hour and a half for mediocre food. Never coming here again.
Best place in Ottawa for desi snacks. Good environment and good food.
