I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Lovedeep was honestly one of the most frustrating service interactions I’ve had. DON’T GO THIS LOCATION !! Food is still ok here but their employe named Lovedeep is worst person for customer service, he needs to learn how to talk to his customers rather than harassing them. If you can’t please go back to India. Canada isn’t right place to miserable people like LOVEDEEP

I had a very disappointing experience at Royal Paan from cashier name Lovedeep (Labbi)The interaction came across as dismissive and unhelpful, making it feel as though customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. In the middle of conversation he left by making comment and assisted other group of girls who came after me. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below expectations.
