Edited review- The company understood my concern and was willing to provide a fair solution. Original- I explained that the seal around our garage door was letting in so much of a draft and light that it seemingly counteracted having a new insulated garage. They came out and worked on it.
Had someone from this company come by my home this afternoon to fix an error that was made during the construction of my new build home. Simple fix but the provider was beyond rude to me after I pointed it out. He acted like I should have never used the home warrantee to fix the problem! Bad attitude. He never even introduced himself. Would not recommend based on my experience.
We have always had a great experience when using Royal Overhead Doors. When we call with an emergency, Aaron is always here very quickly and his customer service is excellent.
