Royal Outdoor Living was a great choice for our deck transformation. They were very professional, a pleasure to work with, and did an outstanding job, on time and at the quoted price.
Absolute disaster. We are currently about a year into a project that was supposed to take 12 weeks, with virtually no communication throughout the process. Along the way they have drastically changed the design plans without our prior approval, damaged our roof and gutter system (leading to substantial water exposure for our home), and ultimately produced a screen room with several massive leaks that can never satisfy our county code due to their design/planning errors.
