Such a lovely, traditional Hotel. First stay at the Royal & we were all very satisfied. Great service. Helpful & friendly staff. We’ll be back.
非常糟糕！水龍頭漏水，洗澡時水忽冷忽熱，跟櫃台反應也沒有用，千萬別來 Terrible experience! The faucet is leaking, and the water temperature in the shower keeps switching between hot and cold. Reporting it to the front desk didn’t help at all. Do not come here!
Didn't stay as we contracted Covid and wished to reshedule to another date but the reception staff were totally unflexible, unsympathetic and basically rude and said even though we are not staying due to health concerns we cannot reshedule or be refunded!!! Quote from reception "Covid is not a thing and If you decided not to travel, well that is up to you and we cannot re book you at another time" Have since looked closer at the reviews and honestly glad we are not staying here now, so do yourself a favour and find somewhere... read more
