I've been a customer for almost 7 years as a call in customer. I called today and was told to call another company because they wont have their auto-fill customers caught up for up to a month from now. They just lost a customer!
Well just went to switch from Royal oil and found out that our two tanks are actually illegaly placed. the state regulation where i am says that our tanks have to be at least ten ft from any power structures such as our power transformer or what ever you call that box from the electric company. (sorry for the incoherence i am a little aggravated.) so not only have they failed at the delivery aspects but now i know my safety has been at risk for almost 20 years.
Very unreliable service for Propane, seems like Royal oil and propane is the only company that never has propane when everyone else does have. Very horrible customer service as well. I called for propane refill week ago and they never show up as promised. They are pricey for oil among all of their competitors and now for propane these guys don't even have propane. Not sure how and why they are still in business.
This company is AWFUL, they did NOT notify me that they had run out of propane (before the shortage) and I was on automatic delivery. They KNEw they were not getting anymore yet did not notify their customers. I was 10 days beyond my automatic delivery and ran out on the -10 degree day while my two babies were getting colder and colder. IT took me 3 hours to get a company to agree to bring me propane to Royal Oil Tanks.
