Cruised on a luxurious vessel with breathtaking views and gentle breeze. Spacious deck for lounging and sunbathing. Attentive crew took care of us. Explored hidden coves and swam in clear waters. Highly recommend for a unique adventure on the water.
Definitely a disconnect with communication from this company to the cruise line itself. Read the reviews and can see the disconnect is not just from the initial call but it extends all the way to ceremony.
HORRIBLE! Norwegian uses this service for wedding planning on their ship and it's a disaster! Our wedding is in 2 months and we still do not have a planner! Promises were made and now we are being told they cannot accommodate our wishes. We have 50 guests and nothing is solidified. @norwegiancruises need help!!
Carnival weddings set us up with Royal Ocean Events and to be honest we did experience a few little issues throughout the process of getting everything set up. We also experienced an issue with one of our extra items we purchased. All of the "bad" out of the way I will say we worked with Sandy, she was great, and resolved the issues we had.
