We were told by the Administrtor/property mgr that this was absolutely a "NO SMOKING" property, we also have it written in our lease PROHIBITIONS: no smoking shall be kept in or about the premises. Residents have told us that no smoking is allowed per the administrator, it was advertised on the internet, then revised when brought to the asst mgrs attention the very next day.
