I have tried for months to contact them about repairing the door on a storage unit. Phone goes immediately to voicemail and the voicemail is full! Even wrote a note on most recent payment envelope asking them to call. STILL NO RESPONSE! Wonder if they would call if I srop payming the rent?!?
