I’ve had a great experience living in this mobile home park. It’s quiet, well maintained, and feels safe. Management is responsive and easy to work with, and the neighbors are friendly. Overall, it’s a comfortable and affordable place to live, and I’d recommend it.
Staff is good but underfunded for maintenance. The owner is neglectful and unreachable when there is any issues. The owner is a lawyer. Be careful.
