Dr. Nisnissan has always been attentive to my wife health care needs. He has taken her Liden Factor V from being a major problem in her life to something we are not scared anymore. Always having faith in her ability to overcome, and they are a team working on her care together. He is very easy to talk to and the staff while busy never turns us away if dr is in office to see patients. He still see both of us in hospital when admitted. Dr. Nisnisan is a nice guy and friendly PCP. The problem is miss management. The staff did not answer or return the phone calls from customers. Also, the waiting time is too long to see the doctor. I was trying to schedule an appointment with the doctor but nobody answered the phone, even after multiple attempts. I was obligated to change my PCP.
Dr. Josier himself is kind and easy to work with, but unfortunately, his office staff makes the entire experience extremely frustrating. The front desk is consistently disorganized and unhelpful, and his nurse, Maricela, rarely returns calls or emails. In the years we’ve used this office as our primary care provider, we’ve never had a single call returned — even after multiple follow-ups.
