Dr. Josier himself is kind and easy to work with, but unfortunately, his office staff makes the entire experience extremely frustrating. The front desk is consistently disorganized and unhelpful, and his nurse, Maricela, rarely returns calls or emails. The staff and doctor here refused to see my dad even though he was clearly very sick. Because his symptoms could “mimic COVID,” they said they don’t do COVID testing and instead suggested telemedicine basically giving medicine without ever examining him or even knowing what he actually has. How can you treat someone without seeing them? What kind of doctor’s office refuses to treat a patient in person?
