The Royal Oaks Irrigation team is a group of true artists. They didn't just "put up lights"; they designed a lighting landscape that tells a story. Our home looks like a resort every night, withperfectly balanced layers of lightthat create a stunning, high-end ambiance. We are also very impressed with the security aspect of the project. The way they illuminated our driveway and walkways makes us feel incredibly secure. Professional, friendly, and exceptionally talented—they are the best in the business.
Called him this morning and the person on the other end the phone really didn’t care about me explaining what my problem was with the system so I told him thank you and hung up, when someone calls you guys she should probably listen to what they have to say without being so non-caring.
We have worked with Chris and his Royal Oaks Irrigation & Lighting team and they were fantastic to work with. He has completed the design and the installation of our FX Luxor Lighting System which we love. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry about the lighting and fast in the design and installation. I would definitely recommend Royal Oak Irrigation, and look forward to doing additional business with them in the future.
We had our irrigation system completely repaired with an update to our very outdated control panel to the newest Rachio controller which is fully customizable and easy to work with via rachio app. Chris and his team are very professional and personable with excellent customer service , highly recommend ! We will definitely consider their other services for outdoor lighting.
