There was a comment about the manager taking cats to the pound. That is not true!! That review was made by a hateful person. She has always been very nice. She does any repairs on the property! I've lived here 5 years and I'm very happy!

I lived in Royal Oaks Estates Mobile Home Park for over 17 years. This is a very small 55+ park whose public areas have always been kept up well and we, as homeowners, are expected to keep our properties looking good. Because there is only a single entrance/exit, there has been no crime. There are no amenities in the park itself, which we appreciated a lot. Manager has decided to trap all the neighbors cats that go into the park a few streets over and take the to the pound where they will be killed.. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
