I’m very disappointed with the maintenance service. Residents pay for upkeep, yet the sidewalks remain full of snow. It shows a lack of concern for people’s safety and is highly unprofessional.
Absolutely a nightmare living at East Garden. Snow clean up was terrible despite whatever that person who commented claims. They didn't show up til late and never finished. Mike, you're trying to attract a certain type of tenant with the EV chargers and everything else. You have that short guy from maintenence out there dinging parked cars and almost running people over because he either can't operate a plow or can't regulate his emotions. I’ve been living here almost 7 years & we haven’t experienced a snow storm like this in many moons. Severe Electrical Problems Our electric bills reached $400+ per month, which is completely abnormal for a two-bedroom apartment. • Per Mike, he said “electric would be $100 - $150.” • PSEG replaced the meter and ran multiple tests, everything came back normal on their end. • Per PSEG, the issue is the units wiring and is NOT caused by us. • We’ve kept logs down to the minute.
