very bad experience on move in day… they emailed me that I will get my keys at 3pm day is almost finish.. I arrived at 5:30 and had to wait for half n hour just to get my keys……. pathetic and terrible experience
Nice place plenty of parking good management
We live at Royal Oaks, it is nice. Until there is a problem. Our washing machine broke, we put in a request and waited a month before maintenance shows up to say “it is indeed broken”. They considered this visit was a fix, meanwhile we have to spend a fortune on the rent and a fortune at the laundromat to wash our clothes.
Positve experience with the staff. Marcus patiently showed me around multiple models that were available. Solid proffesional.
