Just started moving in, and so far no issues! Everything has been going very well and Mike has been a great help. Very excited about the space and happy with everything so far Update 9/5: Ive been here almost 2 months and have now found the apartment (which was newly renovated prior to my move in) to have an issue with roaches. While management has started the process to help with extermination, everyday I am uncomfortable in my own apartment.
We've been here since 2016 and I'll say that Royal Oaks is about as good as you would expect to get out of an apartment complex. They stay true to expectations by keeping your annual rent increases at a small percentage, even during that wave where everyone's rent in NJ was getting jacked up. On 08/11/25, Mr Harry from Royal Oaks Maintenance arrived before 10am to scrap & repaint my bathroom. Mr Harry was professional of highest order & perseverant on his entire job. He completed his job to perfection, and most importantly cleaned up the entire space & restored the place to back how it was . Thank You for your kind support, I highly endorse Mr Harry !!
