My move in was seamless from start to finish. Mike answered all my questions via text, email, phone calls. My apartment is everything I could have asked for. I highly recommend Royal Oaks apartments.
I’ve lived here for about 5/6 years, I had a one bedroom and recently needed a two bedroom; Mike the leasing manager made the process and transferring over very smooth and hassle free; he was just a text away!! I have no complaints with maintenance over the past few years, very fast and efficient.
I Didn't Have the Option to Give Zero Stars — But Anyways… Do NOT Move into Royal Oaks Apartments. This Place is a Nightmare. I moved into Royal Oaks Apartments in January, and since then, it's been one issue after another. I’ve had 2–3 bug encounters every single day, it feels like I’m living in a pest motel. The carpet is filthy and never patched or cleaned properly, the AC leaks water, the shower water comes out yellow and stinks, and there’s even mold growing in the bathroom. I recently moved in and everything has been wonderful so far. My apartment was newly renovated and looks fantastic—I couldn't be happier with it. Mike, the senior leasing consultant, made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He is professional, courteous, and always quick to answer any questions or concerns. I'm very pleased with the whole team, and maintenance responded promptly to resolve any issues.
