DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! terrible place for your first apartment experience. first month there i had a hole above my bathroom shower, next the oven stopped working, then my a/c only blew hot air. One time it rained so hard my carpet got wet. My car broke down and they threatened to tow it. I do not recommend living here. The front office people are stuck up and helpless. They are terrible with communication and service. I repeat find somewhere else i suggest across the street.
Maintenance called the police on my brother for smoking a black outside of his car, not in the unit but outside by his car. Maintenance actions are very pathetic and poor. DO NOT MOVE HERE
HORRIBLE place to live. Management is very poorly , they don’t care about the well beings of there tenants. They have nothing but excuses and don’t try to reach Corporate you want get a call back at all. AC Units barely work and they’re not trying to replace none. Have so many problems with Mosquitoes/Gnats. Only have 2 maintenance men. The maintenance supervisor is very unethical. If they tell you your apartment is “renovated” they lied they just replace things but don’t fix anything. Pool hasn’t been fix or clean since idk... read more
The worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in!! 1st day staying here and the closet door was off henge, air not working properly and so many other issues. The terribly panted over everything! The tub looks a mess! Not to mention the stove area was so disgusting when I moved in day #2 !! I’ve only been living here a month and already in search of somewhere else to live. I can hear everything from my neighbors upstairs, which leads me not to get much sleep at all !! 0/10 don’t recommend
